Before You Visit
Everything you need to know before booking your Colour Drench experience.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sessions are booked online in advance so we can prepare everything ready for your arrival.
Can I change my booking?
Bookings can be moved subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
- 14 days or more: Full refund.
- 48 hours–14 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours: Unfortunately refunds aren’t available.
Whenever possible we recommend moving your booking so you can still enjoy the experience.

During Your Visit
Relax, have fun and don’t worry about being an artist!
What should I wear?
Wear old clothes and closed-toe shoes. We provide ponchos and protective equipment.
Do I need artistic ability?
Not at all! Colour Drench is about having fun, making memories and creating something uniquely yours.
Will I get covered in paint?
Probably a little! We provide protective clothing to help keep you as clean as possible, but we recommend old clothes. We focus on creativity rather than paint fights, although a cheeky flick of paint is all part of the fun if everyone in your group is happy to join in.
💡 Top Tip: Bring a towel if you’re heading upstairs to the party room after your session.
Children, Accessibility & Good to Know

Is there a minimum age?
We generally recommend around 3+. All under 18s must be actively supervised by a responsible adult.
Can carers attend?
Visitors requiring additional support may bring an accompanying carer for £5. Where the accompanying adult is the required supervising adult for a child, the normal admission price applies.
Do you offer a Blue Light discount?
Yes! Blue Light Card holders receive 10% off Splash Sessions and Ultimate Sessions Terms and Conditions apply.
Is Colour Drench wheelchair accessible?
Our creative pods are on the ground floor. Please note the upstairs party room is only accessible by stairs.
Can you accommodate SEND visitors?
Absolutely. Please contact us before your visit so we can discuss any adjustments that may help.
Are quieter sessions available?
Every booking has exclusive use of its own pod. We can also turn the music down or off if you’d prefer.
Parking & refreshments?
Free parking is available. We also sell bottled water, Fruit Shoot and canned soft drinks.
Can I take photos?
Yes! We’d love you to share your masterpieces and tag @ColourDrenchStudio on Facebook or Instagram.
